Return Policy BestPriceJewelers.com is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of merchandise and customer service.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines. Items are refundable within 30 days of the date it was shipped. Only loose Gem and Diamond's jewelry must be returned within 7 days.  All articles must be returned as you received them.  If your item was damaged or incorrect, include a note explaining the problem in the return package.  Please remember that shipping and handling is non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item.  Also, slight variations in appearance do not constitute as an incorrect order.  We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry on the website as close to reality as possible.  Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of color and detail.  To return or exchange your item, please follow the instructions included in your package. Shipping and Ordering Most orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be shipped on the same business day. This holds true for all methods of shipping Next Day Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping, 3rd Day Shipping USPS Priority Mail, and all US Postal shipping methods. Our hours of operation for shipping information are 8:00 - 6:00 Monday thru Friday.(Eastern Time) If an item is ordered after 4:00PM on a Friday it will not be mailed out until Monday. Free FedEx 3-Day Shipping in the Continental USA with purchases over $150.00 Your package will arrive the third day after mailing and you will receive within 24 hours of shipping, the tracking number for your order. Calculating your shipping cost has been made easy. Simply place your zip code and state in the appropriate box after selecting your item and the shipping cost will be calculated for you. There will be no surprises at check-out, you will select the shipping method and cost before you proceed to check-out. All of our items are shipped fully insured. We use the three major carriers USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex for shipping. All of the express day options are calculated from the day the item is shipped. If an item is out of stock at the time of your purchase you will be advised by e-mail of the new expected shipping date. You will also be given an option to hold the order or cancel if the item is not currently in stock.
